The company Cobar Spa belongs to Mr Vito Barozzi (Sole Administrator) and it’s specilazed specialized in designing and construction of public and private buildings.
The skills obtained from many years of experience, the achievement of many and important goals and a very qualified team enabled the company Cobar Spa to develop an high specialization in the following
areas:
Designing and construction of any kind of buildings public and private (civil, industrial, tourist, business and prefabricated buildings
etc.);
Restoration works and maintenance of monumental real estate ( churches, sanctuaries, monasteries, historic buildings subject to protection in accordance with the dispositions of Cultural and Environmental Heritage;
Designing and construction of any kind of buildings public and private (civil, industrial, tourist, business and prefabricated buildings etc.).
Most of works have been designed by qualified technicians employees of the company and by professional technicians well known for the experience.
Normally our employees technicians are looking after the technical management but sometimes also our experienced consultants.
The operational structure consists of a team of qualified workers specialized in specific jobs. Everything is directed by our technicians.
The extensive experience gained with the implementation of several important jobs and a very skilled technical team, enabled the company to work in synergy, to be very skilled and give a good service to the customer along the process of the work.
Cobar Spa took the company quality certificate according to the international standard ISO 9001 : 2008 for the restoration and maintenance of real estate subject to protection.
The certification of quality management system (governed by the framework regulations set under the ISO 9000) ensure the ability of our company to structure itself and manage its resources and its production processes so that it’s possible to understand and satisfy the customers needs, furthermore it’s possible to improve continuously this
capacity.
General qualifications, technical and-organizational requisites, financial and economics requirements, the job experiences, the professionalism and the know how enabled the company Cobar Spa to receive from the company “S.O.A. Exige S.p.A.” the qualification certificate to the execution of public works S.O.A ( art. 2, paragraph 1 of D.P.R. 34/2000 for the provision of design and construction of the DPR 34/2000 ).
The qualification certificate S.O.A. achieved by Cobar Spa is referring to the designing and building in 11 categories, 5 of them for an unlimited amount ( categ. OG1, OG2, OG3, OG6, e OG11 ) that allow to participate in a tender and perform works for amounts exceeding € 15.000.000.
The company is enrolled with the Confidence Company Register of Ministry Of Cultural Heritage and Activities of Superintendence for the Architectural Heritage and for the Landscape, for which realised many restorations and restructuring of buildings of artistic and historical interest ( church, convents, castles etc. ).
The sole proprietorship Cobar Spa belonging to Mr Vito Barozzi is registered since the 2007 at Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture of Bari with registration number 06605700720 and r.e.p. number 497809. The share capital is € 1.200.000,00 fully deposited.
The Finance and Controlling structure is composed of one sole administrator and of one board of statutory auditor that consists of 3 standing statutory auditors and 2 substitute statutory auditors.
The technical direction is presently entrusted to 2 office components.
The company is qualified, according to the provision of law of 5th of March 1990 n° 46 which is including the security regulation of systems, installation, transformation, enlargement and maintenance of systems whose Art.1 of Italian law n.46/1990 as
follows:
A) for the production system, transportation, distribution and electricity use inside buildings starting from the delivery point of the electricity supplier.
B) radio and television system, electronic devices, spirs and protection system from the atmospheric discharges.
C) For the heating and air-conditioning system driven by liquid or gassy fluids or by any kind of material.
D) for hydro-sanitary systems and for plants of transportation, use, deposit and consume of water inside buildings, starting from the delivery point of the water supplier.
E) for the systems of gas ( liquid and airform) transportation and use inside buildings, starting from the delivery point of the gas supplier.
F) Lifting equipments for people and materials through elevators, freight elevators, escalators, etc.
